RivTech BBQ Featured on Piscatorial Pursuits Fishing Site
We had a great time meeting new friends up at the Steelhead Camp on the Sauk and Upper Skagit rivers. Darin Koob, our RivTech evangelists and friend organized the first RivTech BBQ and test float.

Mr. Todd Ripley (pro) from Rvrfshr http://www.rvrfshr.com setup the photo shoot with his friends from Lamiglass http://www.lamiglass.com who were testing out new oars “sticks” on the water.

- Todd Ripley - Rvrfshr Products is a collection of specialty steelhead, salmon, and trout tackle.
Fishing legends like Stam, Richard, Sky-Guy, KK, and the rest of the gang had a great time chasing after spring chromers.Well not just chasing. With Todd at the helm the gang also nailed some nice steelhead.

Quotes:
- “A sweet spring time fish to go along with the sweet boat. That boat rows like a dream, skates across the water, super easy row, and looks good too.”
- “Beer, meat, fish stories, not much can get better than that, well, maybe a couple nice women would help, of course that includes the wifey.”
- “Here’s a few more shots of the Rivtech. Here you get a good idea of what the profile looks like in the water. It’s a sleek design”

Thanks so much for your support guys!
I had a great time getting out of the shop to meet you all in person. As a startup I have to say that your support is much appreciated. Do feel free to stop by the shop anytime as I would love to get your feed back to help RivTech build better boats.
Please let me know if you have suggestions for locations and dates for future RivTech Club BBQ’s - Let’s get together again!
Fish On! - Randy
What is the date for the RivTech Club Camano Clam Bake?
I have some wine makers who would love to go and share the finest Washington Wines. Let me know!
Cheers, Tim
Nice blue bird day on the water guys!
It looks like you had a great time at the BBQ and catching fish. Anyone know what steelhead spoons Todd Ripley was using to hook the chromers?
I was helping with the Seattle Wine Awards http://www.seattlewineawards.com so am sorry to have missed the epic RivTech test run.
My turn is next on the sticks! Best, Tim Reha
Beautiful boat, guys. I had the chance to spend a little time with it on the water and its lines were as nice as any boat on the water… even with Todd in it.
The boat rows nice, and certainly looks good, without Todd in it…………
Great post! Just wanted to let you know you have a new subscriber- me!

Hello. I think the article is really interesting. I am even interested in reading more. How soon will you update your blog?
I have a willie 17×60, and I think your boat looks as great or even better than mine! My question is where is your factory located? I have a friend that is looking into buying his first driftboat and I would like him to take a look at yours. PS - I was fishing the Sky and had a chance to see your boat on the move, it looked very impressive
Thank you, Greg
